  • Manage teams of workmen by scheduling jobs, maintaining strict deliveries and observing quality check before dispatch.
  • To study machine drawings and get the same manufactured in the workshop
  • Create material requirement list after studying drawings
  • Issue material from store depending on the work planned on the shop floor.
  • Maintain a strict delivery schedule with vendors for painting and fabrication
  • Assure product quality by testing finished- product, checking fabrication quality, inspecting assembly parts and painting finish
  • Create Detailed Work Order and Job Card before execution on ERP system
  • Maintain register for jobs completed and billing details for sub vendors.
  • Maintain 5S and Kaizen on shop floor.
  • Keeps factory equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special services if need be
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations
  • Planning and execution of spares orders received from sales
  • Preparation of BOM in ERP as per drawing and BOM received from Design Team
  • Update/Revise BOM as per ECN/Feedback received from shop floor
  • Preparing Work orders in ERP as per production plan and project requirement
  • MRP - Generate material requirement for machines, hoppers etc. using BOM and current inventory
  • Preparation of cutting list of Angle, channel & Flat for shop floor
  • Create and update production plan in MS Project by collection status from stack holders
  • Manage and maintain minimum inventory of Machined parts in semi-finished store
  • Prepare and issue Name plates, direction arrow, sticker as per requirement
  • MS project and Auto- CAD will be additional advantage

Fresher or Min 2 years’ experience into Project Execution or related works into machine manufacturers


  • Understanding & finalizing project requirement for the client based on plant drawings
  • Site Contractor Coordination for project execution
  • Maintain delivery schedules
  • Ensure project deliveries as per the quality standards of each manufacturing process
  • Supervision & point of contact for client site
  • Project documentation, records & compliance as per government guidelines in reference to nature of project
  • Project completion report & handover


  • Study plant drawings of elevation & project plan accordingly coordinate with technical team to finalize client requirement
  • Streamline work flow between workshop and client site as per the site contractor update
  • Coordinating with workshop for timely execution of project components based on the delivery schedule
  • Conducting testing & quality control checks for fabrication, assembly, installation & finished product conformity
  • Coordinate with client for after sales maintenance & repair services. Provide guidance after installation as per manufacture instructions & established procedures. In case of special request route it through project management team
  • Travel to client site
  • Communicate with client site for spares, keeps record of dispatch of spares and requirement at site
